July 5, 2006 - Didn't work for me. by Surfer Jeff, Product Rating: 1/5: I bought this software after the technician demo'd it on my machine. But when I tried to use it with customers, it always disconnected or crashed or the like.

Also, very poor set up if you want to use it from a non-administrator account. Save yourself $695 and find something better
