Intensive Care Utilities is a toolkit for NT administrators which contains the following tools:

Capture Generator and System Builderwhich is an NT Service that periodically takes snapshots of your domain controllers and servers. Information captured includes users, passwords, groups, memberships, shares, and ACLs. Periodic snapshots are available for recovery to any point in time.

The System Builder allows you to regenerate any snapshot information to any domain or server. Using this product you can also rebuild domains from scratch according to whatever standards you wish.

Intensive Care Utilities is a solution that protects your enterprise domain by periodically capturing all administrative settings and security information on all servers, then providing the ability to diagnose and recover from any of these situations: Internal corruption within the SAM of an NT Server, Administrative error and Malicious destruction of a server or Domain configuration. Intensive Care Utilities provides domain repair and re-architecting capabilities, allowing you to make mass changes to virtually any aspect of an NT Server's configuration. This component also provides capabilities for making mass changes to the domain database (SAM) or for a variety of Domain Migration projects.
