How can you add entries to the right-click (shortcut) menu in Vista?

To add new entries to the right-click (shortcut) menu in Vista for your user profile, open the following folder:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

then add a shortcut for the new menu item as desired.
