Disable "Click Here to Begin" start banner

Want to disable the Click Here to Begin start banner? Cut and paste the following registry script text into nobanner.reg :

REGEDIT4
BLANK LINE GOES HERE
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"NoStartBanner"="1"
BLANK LINE GOES HERE

Set NoStartBanner=0 to get the start banner back. See .REG files for background information on .REG files.
