Disk Administrator saves information about fault tolerant disks in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\DISKS\Information subkey. If there is a mirror or other fault tolerance failure, one can use FTedit.exe to correct the problem. FTedit has access to the subkey for edit purposes. Q131658 and Q120227 have step-by-step instructions on using this utility after a FT failure.
