WINS Logfile path

Set the location of NTs WINS logfile.

Processes that write large log files need to be on the fastest DASD on the system. To set the location of the WINS logfile:

Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key: SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Wins\Parameters
Name: LogFilePath
Type: REG_SZ
Value: fullyqualified path
i.e. e:\logs
