Domain Logon Timeout for NetLogon due to slow WAN

If one is having problems logging on across a slow WAN, to increase the amount of time Netlogon waits before timing out during an interactive logon using a domain account:

Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key: SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetLogon\Parameters
Type: REG_DWORD
Name: ExpectedDialupDelay
Value: 0-600 seconds
