Registry key for Registered Owner and Organization.

During the NT installation, NT asks for the user and organizational name. To change:
Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
Name: RegisteredOwner
Name: RegisteredOrganization
