Ignore Shift Overide During Startup

If one holds down the Shift key during logon, any programs in the startup folders will not run. To disable this behavior:

Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key: SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Name: IgnoreShiftOveride
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1
