Microsoft has published a kb article on how to add NDIS2 drivers which is applicable to any generic NDIS2 driver. See How to Provide Additional NDIS2 Drivers for Network Client 3.0

If you try to use Microsoft's utility, Network Client
administrator, to create boot disks and setup disks for the setup of WFW,
Win9x, or the Microsoft Network client version 3.0, you will find that the NDIS2
drivers on the NT setup CD are probably obsolete (certainly not comprehensive).
