Windows Command line help

Windows NT ships with a niffty help file for NT's command line programs. To get help on any parameters on command line executables, you can create a shortcut to ntcmds.hlp or simply start it up when you need it :

Start / Run / ntcmds.hlp

--or--

use file associations to run it as a program at the commandline:
ntcmds.hlp
