How you can prevent users from changing the time zone setting on their computers.

You can prevent users from changing the time zone setting on their computers by removing the Users group from the following Group Policy security setting:

Computer Configuration\Policies\Windows Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment\User Right: Change the time zone
