What's the BIGGEST security hole your network can have?

What's the BIGGEST security hole your network can have?

--An administrator who isn't trained properly and doesn't know his stuff.

What's the primary cause of this vulnerability?

--Management that is too blind to see the benefit of spending money on adequate training for their administrators and other IT staff.

Whose fault is it then when something goes wrong?

--Yours, if you're the administrator of your company's network. You've got to start getting management to see *today* that IT training is as essential as an insurance policy for your company and probably more important. Make it a point to talk with someone in management today and start getting the message across.
