In Windows 2000, you can remove the Manage item from the Windows Explorer and My Computer context menu with group policy with, guess what, the Hides the Manage item on the Windows Explorer context menu Group Policy at User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Explorer. To disable this functionality using a registry hack:

Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Name: NoManageMyComputerVerb
Type: REG_DWORD
Value:
1 Disable
0 Enable
