When the DHCP database has been corrupted:
       Event ID: 1014
       Source: DhcpServer
       Description: The Jet database returned the following Error: -510. 

  -or- 

       Event ID: 1014
       Source: DhcpServer
       Description: The Jet database returned the following Error: -1022.

  -or- 

       Event ID: 1014
       Source: DhcpServer
       Description: The Jet database returned the following Error: -1850.
