Installation of the Modem on NT4

Before Dial-Up Networking/Remote Access Service can be used, you need to setup/configure your modem: In the "Control-Panel", start "Modem":

	If there is not yet a modem defined, the system will display the dialog: "Install New Modem". Let the system work out itself, where and which modem is installed, so just: "Next"
	The system should find your modem. If the type is not identified properly, you have the option to "Change" it to manually pick your modem type or to use "Have Disk" to load the Modem-Definition file from the floppy, delivered with your modem (if it is a new type, yet unknown to this release of NT). Then, select "Next"
	If you install a modem the first time on your system, you will be asked to define your Country, Area-code and dial-out-prefix. then, you are "Finished".
	To check the settings for the modem, select in the "Control-Panel" the "Modem" applet, which calls up the Modem-properties.

Your Modem is now ready for use.
